Ana Isabelle

In every artistic endeavor, Ana Isabelle brings together her talent and experience as a singer, composer, actress, and dancer to create a unique and memorable experience for her audiences.

Puerto Rican born Beauty Ana Isabelle stole the hearts of more than 30 million Latinos who voted and made her the winner of VIVA EL SUENO in 2009: a music reality show produced by Univision in which Ana was crowned “The New Latin Music Rising Star”.  Born in Humacao and raised in Caguas Ana was drawn to the performance arts at an early age where she sang with the Caguas Children’s Choir founded and directed by her mother.  Here her passion for performance began as she learned to read music, learn songs of different countries and languages, attended music competitions, studied flute, guitar, violin and piano at “Escuela Libre de Música de Caguas” where her father was a trumpet teacher for 35 years.  Coming from a family of artists and musicians her parents taught her and her brother to be disciplined to learn, train, work hard, be happy and stay positive. One of her mantras she lives by to this day.  So work hard and study she did; music, karate, ballet, modern and jazz dance for 9 years at Ballet Concierto de PR. Hip Hop and Salsa in Rhythms Dance Studio and Acting.  As a Teen Ana’s passion for music turned professional working as a backup dancer for prominent stars in the Latin market such as Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Luis Fonsi, Calle 13, Menudo, among others. Music has always been and will always be a driving force in Ana’s Life.

And then it happened, at age 19 she landed her first record label and Ana’s life changed forever. With three albums produced and a fourth in development her talent has been recognized by media and music organizations around the world. Most prominent are the 2009 nomination to the Premios Lo Nuestro awards in the “Best New Artist” category and the 2010 Premios Texas award she won in the same category.   Her music has topped the charts in popularity twice in a row:  first with her single La Vida Es Bella, featuring singers Chino y Nacho, and again with her song Mi One and Only. The music video of La Vida Es Bella is one of the most watched videos in the Latin music market. With over 17 million views to date this song has made Ana Isabelle a household name in South America and become a true ode to life and optimism. Her duet with the Mexican singer Cristian Castro, Por Amarte Así, became an instant hit in the U.S.A. and P.R. with more than 11 Million views on Youtube.  The list of world renowned artists she has had the honor to perform with include the celebrated tenor Plácido Domingo, during his concert Mi Alma Latina, David Bisbal and Knan in the Trophy World Cup Tour Concert for the 2010 FIFA World Cup and José Feliciano, Luis Fonsi, and Gilberto Santa Rosa among others.

“Always Believe”

As an actress, Ana Isabelle has starred in many musicals including the Off Broadway musical “Quien mato a Hector Lavoe”, Gabriela in “Highschool Musical” and the Baker’s Wife in “Into The Woods” to mention a few, and TV shows in Puerto Rico including Telemundo TV series Decisiones where she appeared along recognized actors such as David Zepeda, Braulio Castillo, and Karla Monroig. Ana has always dreamed of crossing over to the American market and her motto “Always Believe” came true when she made her US Television Debut in the Lifetime Holiday Dramedy “Seasons Of Love” on November 23rd, 2014. Her first English speaking role had her starring opposite Seven- Time Grammy Award Winner and actress Gladys Knight, Academy Award Nominee Taraji P. Henson, LeToya Luckett and Cliff “Method Man” Smith.

“I can, I will and I am doing It”.

With her US Television debut now secured, Ana turned her attention to another Great Passion “The Art of Beauty”. Always having a love of all things beautiful Ana has become the face of BETTINA brand cosmetics  in Puerto Rico and has her own Nail Polish “Ana Isabelle” a deep, sensual color that reflects Ana’s own personal style and passion. She recently also had the pleasure of working with film star Chazz Palminteri on a commercial that opened the NBA 2015 ALLSTAR GAME on TNT

As an ever evolving talent, Ana is most intrigued by complicated and deep roles that have a sincere or comedic tonality. In the future, she hopes to collaborate with Steven Spielberg and also Steven Soderbergh, “I like his open and realistic way of telling a story”.  Her dream list of actors to work with is varied from Tom Hanks, Will Smith, Natalie Portman, Brad Pitt, Anne Hathaway, to Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep, and Sandra Bullock.  Acting is her growing passion and desire, she is attracted not only to comedy and drama, but Musical Theater (she hopes one day to star on Broadway) and a Musical for TV and/or Film she says would be “my ideal”.  Music is never far from reach and maybe one day she will also produce and direct more than just her music videos.

Giving back and nurturing young performers is important to Ana. Lending her talents as one of the judges of the TV show Idol Kids Puerto Rico and also participating in the show La Voz Kids, produced by Telemundo TV, as a vocal coach has allowed her to do just that. Ana supports several Charities that have close personal meaning to her including “El consejo renal de PR” and many cancer foundations. Every Christmas she visits children’s hospitals or attends important marches to raise awareness.  She has a great passion for children and would like to develop and create an event to help those who are ill specifically.

In her free time Ana likes to do yoga, dance classes, cross-training, she is a social network fanatic, loves going to the movies, seeing musicals, and spending time with her family and friends.
